Should your personal information change, please inform Coding Hub and provide us with the updates within 7 days to enable us to update your records.

Coding Hub asks each of its customers to abide by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, just as we do ourselves.

Under POPIA, you have specific rights regarding your personal information. Coding Hub is committed to upholding these rights.

If you disclose your information to a third party linked to our Products/Services, CODING HUB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE arising from that disclosure. Coding Hub Mobile Application

Our mobile application has specific data practices regarding contact information stored on your device.

  • Contact Syncing: The Coding Hub mobile application will only collect and use your contact information stored on your mobile device if you explicitly allow this option and configure your device settings to grant access.
  • Viewable Data: If you grant access, the app may view contact names, emails, telephone numbers, and organizations.
  • Usage: Coding Hub uses this information strictly to populate your contacts data within the app, making it conveniently available for your use.
  • Opting Out: You can choose to erase the collected contact data at any time by denying access in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
Your control: You are in full control of your contact data. We will never access it without your explicit permission, and you can revoke access at any time.

We take the security of your personal information seriously.

Coding Hub uses reasonable organisational, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal information under its control. However, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

If you have reason to believe that your interaction with Coding Hub is no longer secure (e.g., your account has been compromised), please notify us immediately at info@codinghub.co.za.
